It has an eye opposite the hooks to attach a cable hoist to it for pulling the chain link from a corner post. We also carry 270′ stringliner reels for sale with #18 braided nylon mason line for use when laying out your fence line. We rent a magnetic post level for setting your posts and a 2″ pipe cutter for trimming your posts. With our fence building tools, even a novice fence builder can make it look professional.
